Swedish Grammy Song Of The Year is announced on Feb 28, 2017 - "If I Were Sorry", which has received more than 71 million Spotify plays and is certified 5 x platinum status in Sweden, 2 x platinum in Poland and has passed gold status in Germany and Austria.

 

Badpojken's "Johnny G" (The Guidetti Song) passed 32 million plays on Spotify in March 2017 and received Swedish 4 x platinum status in April 2016.

"If I Were Sorry", co-written by Fredrik Andersson, Frans Jeppsson Wall, Oscar Fogelström and Michael Saxell enters Swedish Spotify Top 50 Charts at pole position on February 29th, 2016 and receives 546000+ plays in 24 hours on March 1st. Frans Jeppsson Wall performed "If I Were Sorry" in the Swedish National Television live broadcast Melodifestivalen on February 27th 2016 in Gävle and won a spot to the national finals, which will be held at Friends Arena in Stockholm on March 12th. The winner gets to compete for Sweden in the Eurovision finals at Stockholm Globe Arena in May 2016.
